HORROR: Earthquake In Ghana?
Information reaching OMG! Ghana desk indicates that an earthquake has
struck at Assin-Atonsu in the Central region around 3:15pm.
Eyewitnesses speaking to OMG! Ghanasaid they heard a big ‘BOOM’ sound
and immediately followed by the ground shaking, people could feel their
foot moving and had difficulty in standing.
Initially, Atonsu residents thought it was a collapse of a huge
building. Cars traveling through the town stopped as people kept
wondering what could have caused this shake up. The earthquake lasted
for a few seconds and currently the populace are out on the streets with
fear of staying indoors.
